HIGH SUMMER FASHION SHOW

at Ledbury Market House

Tuesday 16th June at 6pm

in aid of Cancer Research

The beautiful location of The Market House just at the front of our Ledbury store will be opening at 6pm with the lovely Roots singer mark i who will be playing live for us from 6pm to get us all in the mood for an evening showcasing some fabulous outfits from our latest collections.

We are all very excited to be inviting you to this brand new venue right outside our lovely Ledbury store. The room is bright and airy and despite the steps to get up to the room - the exertion will be well worth it - bright, light, steeped in history and the perfect venue for a fashion show.

Mark.i will be there to welcome you from 6pm with some amazing tunes, while canopies and nibbles with a glass of fizz will get you all in the mood.

A loo in store is available and we will be open before and after the event.

AND TO GET YOU IN THE MOOD FOR SUMMER FASHION (despite the slight hiccup we are currently having of rain and chill)

to follow please see a little update on this seasons latest trends, styles and fashion updates:-

The key focus this season is a blend of romantic bohemianism, "quiet luxury" tailoring, and vibrant, nature-inspired colours. Strong trends being tassels, fringing and lace, floaty and ruffled fabrics, asymmetric hemlines, full skirts (and I'm talking "BIG"), barrel trousers and the pairing of jackets and jeans. Key colours feature soft sage, powder pink, and bright red, alongside neutrals like dove grey.

Sages and Powder Pinks in our gorgeous Gossamer Jackets paired with neutrals and soft pinks Silk Skirts and Anna Lace Tops, complimented by the gorgeous Satin Spot Twilly Scarf.

Lace and silk dominate with a dominant shade of chartreuse there are equally enticing modern takes on blue, red and yellow to add a pop of colour to an otherwise neutral ensemble.

High summer reds, yellows, soft pinks and earth tones coming soon.

Skirts are back along with the theory we’ve long suspected (bigger is better) and this is the season to go bright or go home, yet still pulling in the cool classy soft hues with grey emerging as the neutral for SS26.  It’s an easy shade to wear head-to-toe, particularly a darker variation like charcoal, or you can use it to subtly temper full-throttle shades like tomato, cobalt or mustard.

Lily and Me and Cream Clothing items above coming soon.

Spring’s hottest couple: jackets and jeans, where a blazer styled with turn-up jeans in a choice of so many shapes (with mid-rise barrel-leg and mid-rise wide-leg jeans taking the front position) - is cool and sophisticated.

A season of grandeur, glamour with a push towards expressive liberation, reclaiming boldness through searing colour or theatrical styling.

"Overall, S/S 26’s mood is maximal detail, romantic volume and accessory-led impact."

A season for hope, experimentation and defining identities, jump in with both feet and enjoy.

What a fantastic sell out evening we had in aid of Cancer Research with everyone piling into the shop afterwards to buy their favourite items from the show.

Huge thanks to Ledbury County Council for hiring out the beautiful Market House Room to us

Thanks also to Jess from The Chocolate Box for the stunning chocolate display she made for us on the night.

Finally thanks also to the new owners of Mr Blooms sandwich shop @bloomssandwiches for making the fabulous canapés for us - they were delicious, beautiful and very well received.

Here are a few of the pics from the evening starting with “Mark I” performing at the beginning of the show for us.

With thanks to Sara for her photography and time offered up so generously.
