Parachute Puffball Dress

A funky dress with puffball skirt and heavy cotton jersey top. The main fabric is satin effect completed with pull tie under bust detail and elasticated hem. A fabulous dress in one size with plenty of room whether petite or curvy due to its pull tie waist.
